As I grow older, the more I get wary of everyone including my closer friends because you’ll never know who’s being genuine towards you and who might just stab you in the back. It’s kind of scary thinking about it, not knowing who you can trust.

Yesterday’s dinner at Whole Foods 🙏 brown rice bowls with peanut sauce tofu, green beans and aubergine cubes for both of us, I also added carrots, mung bean sprouts and sesame chilli flakes and ad an açai green tea, sososo good! (presso Whole Foods Market London)
